Over 10 years at the helm of NHCS, LLC has given Chris a wide range of entrepreneurial and management skills. Prior to starting New Horizon, Chris spent fifteen years with one of the top ten largest General Contractors in the United States, learning virtually every aspect of the construction business. With this knowledge and the management skills he gained from his involvement in major construction projects, he smoothly transitioned to his role as co-founder of New Horizon. Chris is highly skilled in cost control, material procurement, subcontractor management, submittal coordination, change order negotiations, expediting workflow and general administrative operations. His in-depth project experience covers both the public and private sectors.

Ron Darmanie / CEO

Ron, is a true entrepreneur at heart. After graduating with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration, he started his career as owner of a business/residential moving corporation. Ron successfully built a reputable corporation while maintaining key relationships with clientele. With the knowledge and success gained in the moving industry and his desire to continue on this path, he ventured into hospitality renovations. New Horizon is a natural next step in Ron’s career. Partnering with Chris has been the perfect match of skills and experience to build the success that NHCS, LLC has enjoyed for over 10 years. Each year has seen increases over the past year despite starting the company in 2006 at the start of the construction downturn. Ron is highly skilled in field operations, subcontractor management, training, safety management, quality control, and completing projects on time, on budget, and with excellence.
